• Providing a standardized consultative service to prisoners.
• Color schemes and various skills training, aimed at transforming the attitude and behavior of inmates.
• Provision of various basic supplies and services.
• Helping inmates to lead their lives under the law as peaceful and productive citizens.
• Assuring that inmates are responsible for protecting themselves from crime and defending themselves against crime.
